So I created the framework I wish I had.
Hi I'm Holly Hartman
For the last two decades, I’ve been building communities, guiding leaders, and sitting inside some of the most beautiful—and broken—collaborations you can imagine.
I’ve led grassroots movements, corporate marketing teams, women’s leadership collectives, and national coalitions.
Over and over, I watched visionary partnerships fall apart…
Not because people didn’t care.
But because they didn’t have the tools.
No shared language.
No structure for expectations.
No way to name when something felt off—without damaging the relationship.
So I started asking deeper questions.
And when I couldn’t find a system that fit…
I created one.
CollabCode™ was born from lived experience, research, case studies, and the real-world ache of watching things fall apart that could have been beautiful.
Now, it’s a full framework supporting everyone from solo founders to national coalitions.
